Ceramics of the Middle Bronze Age Site ’Magoúla Pavlína’ have been investigated during a study campaign in May 2014. The magoúla is situated on a slight elevation of an alluvial slope, surrounded by a back swamp. In 1996 a sample of ceramics, lithics, animal bones and molluscs was collected during a survey in the Soúrpi Plain. Before 1996 the plot was not under cultivation. An article on the lithics and animal bones was published in 2003. Participants of the 2014 study campaign: Corien Wiersma, Dimitris Agnousiotis, Kalliope Theodoropoulou, Reinder Reinders and Paulien de Roever.
